This is one of the few Coconut Milk powder available without all the bad additives of the ones from Maggi and other brands, one of the cleanest ones available and great for using in curry’s or hot drinks etc.

Dissolves nicely and easily into hot water or hot drinks etc, doesn’t have bad clumping issues like other brands I’ve used before.

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk Solids (87%)
Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (milk), anti-caking agent (341).
Contains milk.

Directions:
To make 1L coconut milk combine 150g of Coconut Milk Powder with 850ml warm water.

For coconut cream, add an additional 150g of Coconut Milk Powder (essentially doubling the amount of powder used if you want coconut cream vs coconut milk).

Storage:  Store in a cool dry place.
Reseal pack after opening.
